Safe VPN & AdBlock Master does not guarantee that the Services will meet your needs or that the Service will be continuously available or that any specific features of the Service will be available. The VPN Service (coverage, speed, quality, and server location) may vary and may be subject to unavailability due to reasons including but not limited to third-party service failure, emergencies, equipment, transmission or network limitations or issues, and interference or signal strength. Safe VPN & AdBlock Master cannot be held liable for any failure to maintain the accuracy, quality, security and confidentiality of your data, messages or pages whether or not related to interruptions or performance issues with the Service.
Safe VPN & AdBlock Master is entitled to impose usage or service limits, suspend Service or block certain types of usage at its sole discretion.
Safe VPN & AdBlock Master shall not be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence, or any other legal theory for any lost profits or indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the use of the services. Safe VPN & AdBlock Master is the owner of the Safe VPN & AdBlock Master and its Service along with all respective visual interfaces, information, servers, products, software, graphical materials and all other elements of the service.
By using the Content and Service, you hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Safe VPN & AdBlock Master, its employees, members, directors, agents, suppliers, and affiliated companies and their employees, agents, directors, shareholders, and members, from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Content and Service, including but not limited to any violation of this Agreement. Safe VPN & AdBlock Master may, at its sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. However, this shall not excuse any of your indemnification obligations.
